Emergency Management & Homeland Security Unit

The Facility/Property Management Unit maintains the physical status of the department and handles all property/evidence.

Homeland Security information and Emergency Preparedness readiness of our police department’s ability to sustain itself through a major crisis, and to ensure the Emergency Support Function plans are maintained and tested to ensure competency and readiness should the campus Emergency Operations Center be activated.

Berkeley Medical Reserve Corps (BMRC)

Our Director of Homeland Security programs is the point of report for the grant-funded student-run organization called the Berkeley Medical Reserve Corps (BMRC).  He can be contacted at sfs@berkeley.edu.

 This group is also responsive to calls from CA Disaster Healthcare Volunteers and the University Health Services (UHS).
