Berkeley, CA. (Thursday, April 14, 2016) -- Learn how to increase awareness and assertiveness skills. Develop physical techniques designed for women's specific need and assets. 

The R.A.D. System is a 9-12 hour comprehensive, women-only course that begins with risk awareness and progresses to the basics of hands-on defense training. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Bring a pen for taking notes, a towel, water and food for yourself.

CalRAD: Rape Aggression Defense for Women

10am -4:30pm (2 sessions total - 30 min lunch break)

Unit 1, Berkeley, CA 94720

Fees

$10 for UCB student, faculty, staff and post-doc women. $20 for community member.
